Level 2 mission completed...

The emissary's were given the challenge to follow the scam artist on his daily route and capture images of him doing scams. However the first part of the mission was to figure out what short con he was trying to pull:

They were then challenged to obtain his phone number for Charlie by any means necessary...

only a few succeeded

This was not an easy task, as if he did suspect the game players they would have been disqualified...
